David advised and gained planning permission to convert a steel portal frame agricultural building to B8, warehouse and distribution use.
David sourced a tenant, negotiated the letting and liaised on legals to ensure the new venture operated without any diverse effect to the existing farm. This has generated an additional income of £65K pa for the farmer.

Grants and subsidies
A dairy farmer had been receiving £900pa for 2 years through the Single payment scheme before calling David.
David re-calculated the relevant quotas and acreage, wrote the appropriate reports and submitted appeals to the RPA in conflict with their own calculations. David submitted a copy of these appeals to the local MP and relevant other government departments.
The appeal resulted in the payment of £12,000 pa, with backdated payments for the previous 2 years.
During the last year David has gained an income close to half a million pounds for his clients through SPS alone.

Compensation claim
Negotiation of compensation for compulsory purchased land. David calculated and submitted detail of the land taken for the initial negotiation, agreeing land values and compensation level. Following on from this David acted to propose and agree the payment for disturbance and injurious affection claims to include crop loses drainage, fencing, access routes, farmers time and other practical works headings. David's client achieved £102,500 for 8 acres.
