Farm building
A landmark planning appeal has just gained permission for the conversion of farm buildings to residential use.The initial application was refused on the grounds that the local authority required the buildings to be used for "employment use". The applicant prooved on appeal that there was no demand for such employment. This will undoubtedly set a precedant and you should consider if any of your buildings would benefit from a change of use. See www.farmersguardian.com/business for more detailed information.
Do contact David Bussey for alternative uses and grants as well as seeing you throught the ever changing planning laws.
