Business Premises renovation allowances
HM Revenue and Customs have introduced the Business Premises Renovation Allowance to encourage conversion of or renovation of redundant commercial premises.
Immediate and full tax relief on the capital outlay.
The scheme will run for 5 years .

This allowance will help to plan for those redundant buildings and for alternative uses.Make sure you contact David Bussey in order to investigate other relevant grant aiding for buildings of which there are many through differing sources.
