The new 1App form has now been introduced.
It has obviously meant an incresae in planning application fees
Far more complicated although the intention was to ease the system and it does mean that more work and more expertise is required with a major emphasis on green and justification of the planned development.
It is easier to have all the answers before you go to submit.....
