Land Prices
From evidence it would seem that land prices in the second quarter of 2010 rose by 6.9%.
The average price of £5769/ac is almost 20% higher than a year ago.Predictions are that prices will see a further rise of approx 10% over the next year.
Bare land sales are high, but there remains strong demand from the private non farming individuals.Many foreign investors seek safe long term investments.
